For customers who use WattBot to connect their utility account, we work with Bayou Energy to securely access and retrieve utility data, such as energy usage and billing information. This data is stored within Bayou Energy’s infrastructure. By choosing to connect your utility account, you also agree to Bayou Energy’s Privacy Policy and acknowledge their security practices.

IV. SMS and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS communications from WattBot. These may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

V. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe using the instructions provided in our messages or by emailing us directly.
