What Stood Out
I contracted with Homegrown Energy Solutions in February 2022 for installation of solar photovoltaic panels at my home in Serra Mesa. Couldn’t be happier with the installation and the performance of the system! They did a great job locating the wiring through the garage and attic so that it is, for the most part, hidden from view. They were always easy to contact, responsive and communicative. They’ve even been responsive after the job was done, when I had some questions! They did what they promised when they said they would do the install…no headaches or drama! A very honest and professional company that I’m very comfortable recommending.

He answered all of my questions both during the in person inspection, during installation, and since then. It has been over two year and we have been very happy. There haven't been any issues and loving our solar. We have excellent output. Also, Homegrown prices are very competitive and was lower than most large and small independent solar companies.

HomeGrown Energy Solutions has been amazing to work with! Someone was always available for questions during and after install. The installation itself was fast, everything was clean and neat after, and they checked to make sure SDG&E had followed through. 6 years later they still answer the phone when you call in and take time to go over questions in detail.
