So happy with our recent experience getting a new system designed/installed with Incentive Solar! We got our application done a couple years ago and then put things on hold until we were ready. As soon as we re-inquired about moving forward Ben was quick to get our project back on their radar & Greg ensured their team executed a fast install that easily passes inspection. This has been such a smooth process from start to finish, and I especially appreciated their entire team's responsiveness, efficient work, and professionalism. 5 out of 5 stars, would absolutely recommend

Little bit late of my review... But I had a great experience in 2022 contracting for a solar system installation with Incentive Solar, including a main service panel replacement. They installed Panasonic EverVolt Panels (great warranty on them!) with EnPhase microinverters, on our Boral Steel stone coated metal shingle roof with battens. My main concern was it's a not so common style of roof where the shingles can get bent from walking on them with too much weight (which is why I know so much about it), and I was worried about it getting damaged or just having a bad install. But Incentive Solar went above and beyond - the roof looks totally the same - no bends - comparing the before and after photos, and they did a perfect high quality install paying attention to all the details like caulking. I actually had a separate roof inspection this year for a separate reason, and that is what the roof inspector told me, so it's legit! Otherwise they were very considerate in going back and forth with the design of the system and the details on the contract, including things like evaluating if we could install an unusual type of main service panel (that we didn't end up going with, I think correctly), and dealing with some last minute changes like moving the EnPhase communication box inside our garage rather than outside. They also managed the city permitting and inspections, which was very helpful. I also have to say, they were competitively priced. So I really think we got a fantastic value here. It was also so nice to work with a small business & small install team. The workmen who did my install were led by the owner Ben's brother, and were incredibly hard workers. They also had this nifty gadget that was like a vertical conveyer belt for carrying solar panels up to the roof lickity split. I had never seen this before, and it was the perfect tool for the job! In conclusion, I had a great experience, and I hope you would too.

Incentive Solar did my installation 2+ years ago and did a great job. When I decided to increase the size of my system, they guided me through the process to retain my net metering 2.0 status. Ben, Greg and the team did a great job with the expansion. Thanks much!
