When Hugo failed to arrive at the appointed hour, they called and left a message asking if he was still planning to come — and then heard nothing: no return call, no apology, no effort to reschedule. More than the missed appointment, what stuck with them was the silence afterward; a brief callback would have changed the whole impression. The unanswered call left them wondering whether Sesco prioritizes punctuality or customer communication.
