We have just completed our first year with an Enphase solar system installed by SunGreen Systems. Before writing a review, I wanted to be in a position to share the full impact of our decision to install 33 solar panels (the maximum we could get on our roof areas without creating aesthetic concerns). Benny Tse and Patty Lee were a great team to work with at SunGreen. They made sure that the process went well, rebate applications and refunds were accomplished in a timely manner, and that we were completely satisfied. We just completed a Quicken review of the savings on our SCE electric bill from Sept 2012- August 2013 to Sept 2013-August 2014. Bottom line, we saved 74% year over year! Based on the first-year's savings, it will take 8 years total to break even--now we have only 7 years to go. From that point on, our costs for electricity will be very affordable. One final note, we and SunGreen use a software program the provided (we regularly view this on our cell phones to be sure that all 33 solar panels are working to normal capacity). It was this monitoring that revealed one faulty panel . SunGreen monitored this problem and worked with the manufacturer to get the faulty panel replaced. Now we are getting maximum production from all of our panels.
SunGreen installed our 50kW system in 2010. It has been a great investment with payback ahead of schedule.

More importantly, everyone at SunGreen (top to bottom: sales, engineerings, installers, and management) made it very easy for us. Our guests hardly noticed them here, and SunGreen took care of the permitting, approvals, design, engineering, etc. with very little effort on our part.

Three years later, the system continues to work great, and SunGreen continues to support us.
It has been almost two years now since Sungreen designed and installed our residentail solar system and we are still pleased with its performance. We're also quite pleased with our selection of Sungreen as the contractor. They designed what we wanted without trying to change our requirements. They obtained all permits and approval and they built a first class system that still provides for all our power needs – with some spare capacity to allow for future E Vehicle charging. We had a few inverters fail a few months ago but these were quickly replaced under warranty. We would be pleased to recommned Sungreen as a Solar System contractor.
Again our sincerest thanks.
