Sophia Saul kept in constant contact with us and made sure that all the paperwork was in order. We really appreciated her frequent updates. She hounded DWP and Building & Safety to make sure that inspections took place and permits were issued as quickly as possible. If anything wasn't to our liking, Sophia addressed it and made sure we were satisfied. Santos led the roofing crew; he may be the hardest-working person we've ever met. The work crews showed up on time every day. It was a big job--we have an older house that had three layers of roofing material--but it was done on schedule. Our neighbor, who is a retired contractor, says that All in 1 did quality work on our roof. All in 1 provides personalized, high-quality service on schedule and at a reasonable price. What's more, they're nice people. We love that they're local. We highly recommend them.

I had truly an exceptional experience with this company, and in particular, Sophia who went so far and above in her customer service. I had solar panels that weren’t operating correctly, and when I reached out, Sophia interfaced with the solar panel inverter company for me. She got me a new panel under warranty and then organized the delivery and set up for me all in record time. I couldn’t have been happier with the service or her genuine kindness.
