I can't recommend Justin enough if you want someone to talk to for all your solar needs. It's rare these days to find someone who is genuinely looking out for your best interests. I have had multiple occasions dealing with other solar companies who were more interested in their bottom line than what is right for the customer: e.g., trying to turn a small project to add more panels to a bigger project and trick me to spend more money to replace my roof while I'm adding panels (which made no sense since the roof was perfectly fine and had no issues). I first met Justin back in 2021 when some of my Enphase panels were offline. He came out to quickly diagnose and fix the issues with some of the inverters. It was clear he was very knowledgeable but I was just as impressed with how honest and straightforward he was. Fast forward to 2025 and I reached out to him to get his insight into solar batteries. He came out and patiently explained everything without being pushy. We eventually settled on a plan to add some batteries to an existing system. After Justin spent many hours on his own dime explaining things over text and email, walking through my property, researching what is possible, etc., it turns out my house layout has some difficulties that make it challenging and more expensive than the original plan to work around. So we jointly decided it wasn't something I wanted to do given the new info. He quickly returned my deposit and maintained a friendly attitude the whole time. I think this really demonstrates his great customer service as he was just as pleasant at the end when he wasn't getting paid for all the time on this project as at the start when trying to win the business. Justin and his crew were great! We are in a rental situation and noticed error lights on the existing setup. Justin came out the very next day and clearly explained the original setup had failed, the company who made it was out of business, and the only option was replacement (panels fine, inverter not so much). He had to go back and forth with property management and the owner, but the day it was approved, we were in contact and had an appointment for the new system install. New install took about 90 minutes, we have an appointment to see our energy generation, and they cleaned our panels too! We’re purchasing a home that has an older solar system. I wanted to have it inspected prior to purchasing the home.
