Most knowledgeable and best customer service in the industry. It's been 5 years since my install and Joe quickly follows up to my service requests or questions with quick resolutions. Joe and his staff are very professional and reputable. I highly recommend Solargem.

I had them install my system several years on a house that I ended up selling. Because of their professionalism and courtesiness the first time I went with them to install new system on the house that I bought to continue saving money on my electric bill, and once again they did an outstanding job helping to make sure I had a large enough system for the new house. And once again they were very courteous and very professional. Every time I talk to someone who is thinking about going solar I always tell them to utilize this company if they decide to because they will not be disappointed with their work and planning the system out.

It is now one year after installation. There have been no problems whatsoever with the system. Joe designed it to give a net electric bill of zero. We are going to owe Edison about $50 for the YEAR! That's awfully close to zero. I looked at daily usage. The system generates enough energy even on the shortest day of the year on sunny days to cover the entire 24 hour period. Of course it also depends on the weather, the more cloudy days, the less your system generates. If you're in the market for solar, read the other reviews and then give Joe a call. You have nothing to lose and lots to gain.
