Synergy Solar installed our 19-panel solar array in 2021 paired with an Enphase Battery backup system. After reading many customer reviews from both Synergy customers and also the national companies, we were convinced that a local company was the way to go. The Synergy team, from the analysis of our home's orientation and our power needs, installation, questions asked and answered, and follow up support has been professional and thorough. The Enlighten Enphase software, downloaded on my iPhone and iPad, allows for system monitoring in real time, including energy produced, imported from the grid, and grid dependence. When there is PG&E power outage, we are not even aware of it because the switchover to battery backup is seamless and instantaneous. Product Qualty, Value, and Service are all Top Notch. In 2015 I had solar panels installed by a different local company. In 2021 Synergy Solar installed storage batteries for my home and car that then included the solar panels, electric heat pump for radiant floor heating and electric water heater, and EV charging station. I have had use of my battery storage this winter on two occasions in my rural area and have been very happy with the relative comfort of having the storage capacity. The owners, technicians, and other staff were extremely competent and responsive. Mike and Justin were very thorough in their explanations all along the way so that I feel like I understand how things work. In the process of installation they found an electrical wiring problem from others' work that could have been dangerous, and they fixed it. I am very pleased with their work and am hoping to get a bid from them for a different project for an organization I am a part of. Pam T
