About 2 years ago, we decided to install solar panels and upgrade our main panel to 200A. Rising Sun Electrify was our contractor at that time. Per agreement, the crew would arrive to our residence at 7am and they showed up on time. They guaranteed that the whole job would be done in one day, including city inspection, and voila, it happened exactly like what they promised. By no mean, I am a licensed electrician, but with my engineering background, I did give Peter, the owner of the business a lot of tough questions. Peter was so surprised that but he answered all of my questions to my likings. His deep knowledges indicates that he knows every corner of the trade. I did climb to my roof to observe how the crew was working. I noticed that they pay a great care to their own safety and performed the job with great passion. At the end of the day, I walked through with Peter. The crew did an excellent job of patching and painting the stucco around the new main panel as if it was there for years. Everything was cleaned up properly. At the last minute, I know that Enphase did not provide the Wifi access point to the solar panel controller. Home owner has to pay extra for that. Peter suggested me not to waste few hundred bucks for that accessory, just need to run an ethernet cable from the controller to my wifi router. He even offered doing it the next day because it was quite late of the day. I really appreciate his courtesy, but I just say thanks to him. I could do that ethernet wiring by myself. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend Rising Sun Electrify if you need electrical services. You absolutely will feel happy about their job quality and professionalism.

Rising Sun Electrify just finished the install of a Franklin house back-up battery. My wife & I were very pleased with every aspect of the proposal stage & the install, which was completed last week! I worked with Josephine on the system design, pricing & scheduling and with Peter on the installation. Peter & his crew were very thorough on moving critical circuits to a new panel and integrating the Franklin system with our existing solar system. I highly recommend RSE for a large project, such as a home battery system. We will also use them for any other electrical needs and will recommend RSE to our friends & neighbors!

Rising Sun Electrify is AMAZING. Josephine is really responsive, efficient, and friendly, and Peter was wonderful to meet as well. I also appreciated meeting Tomas and another team member they had who helped me out. First: Rising Sun was able to respond to me *right away* with an ongoing issue I've had. My home had solar installed by Sunnova (they were contracted with my home builder), which now is going bankrupt. Sunnova hasn't responded to any inquiries I've had, or helped me even see if my panels are working, for months. So, I basically have an orphan project. I called around to multiple highly ranked solar companies in the area, trying to see if anyone could help, but all of them were either booked out until the end of the year, and/or they didn't take on any projects they themselves didn't install. Rising Sun Electrify was immediately confident when I called them and shared they've taken on multiple orphan projects, so this is not a big deal. They were able to come immediately the next day to check on how my system was set up, then sent me a proposal later that afternoon for how to get my Enphase box commissioned. After I confirmed I was good to go with the proposal, they were able to schedule me in just 2 days later. Truly incredible service, fast, and very competent as well. I am so grateful for Rising Sun Electrify! I'd highly recommend them, *especially* if you have any orphan projects that need help.
